EASY MACARON BALLOONS
These macaron balloons are so easy to create! And... bonus... YOU DON'T NEED HELIUM! It's just two 18 inch blank circle balloons for the shells of the macaron balloon, then a latex twisting tube balloon 50 inch for the "filling" and finally for the frilly filling the peeks out of a real macaron you will use 6 inch latex quicklink balloons (but dont fully inflate them!).
